1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support channels and provide your order number and registered contact details.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the order has already been shipped, customers may need to accept the delivery and follow our applicable Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Custom Orders
Orders involving custom requests, special sourcing, or products arranged based on customer reference images may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or sourcing has started.
This is because such products may be specially arranged based on the customer’s request.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
5. Cancellation by Mayuka Collection 18
Mayuka Collection 18 reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

- Incorrect or incomplete product information
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Delivery restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
